Duane Allen

A native of Taylortown, Texas, Duane Allen had formal training in both operatic and quartet singing before becoming a member of The Oak Ridge Boys in 1966. Allen is the lead singer for the quartet and is heard on the majority of their most successful songs. He is married to Norah Lee Allen, daughter of Wilma Lee and Stoney Cooper, stars of the Grand Ole Opry. He lives in Hendersonville, TN.
