This article is about a hip hop group. For the systems control theory, see Dual control theory.

Dual Control are Mike Ball (also known as Bally) and Phil Davis (also known as DJ Styles) from Manchester, UK. They are signed to Grand Central Records independent record label, and their music is primarily instrumental hip hop, with a typical Grand Central sound.

Steve Christian (of Rae & Christian) initially employed former graffiti artist Bally as sound engineer. DJ Styles graduated from DJing on pirate radio stations to joining the Rude Boy Assassins. The pair met in 1997 and began releasing material in 1999.

Their debut album was released in 2004 and features guest appearances from Fingathing's Peter Parker, Dubble D and Loretta Heywood of Bugz in the Attic.
