I created this in OpenOffice with data from the U.S. Naval Observatory. The chart plots the clock times (with DST adjustment as separate lines) of sunrise and sunset in Greenwich, England for 2007.

Note that for simplicitly the graph was created with bi-weekly data points, and the start and stop dates are therefore not perfectly represented. This was deemed acceptable as determining when DST begins/ends in Britain was not the intended purpose.
