Debbie Savannah George is a multi-disciplinary artist, writer and marketing consultant.

Her paintings are abstract, colorful and textured. Acrylic is mixed on the canvas, creating various shades and effects. In addition, she often adds found objects such as beads, dried flowers and wire. Her simple jewelry incorporates different types of beads, including glass and semi-precious stones. Scarves are made from a variety of yarn and often incorporate beads and ribbon. She also creates stationery and bookmarks from recycled paper.

Debbie Savannah has exhibited her paintings and jewelry in several art shows, and several of her works are in private collections and have been exhibited at art shows. She currently has paintings on display at the Old Carriage House Gallery in Jasper, Ark., and her wearable art is on display at the Ozark Trading Post in Harrison, Ark.

In addition, George is a published author and has had 35 poems and three short stories published. She has won several awards for her writing.

George currently manages dSavannahCREATIVE, a marketing consulting boutique specializing in small businesses. She provides a full range of strategic marketing functions, including development and execution of marketing plans, creation of branding initiatives, research, copywriting, media relations, advertising, graphic design, and Web site maintenance and design.
