Some Wikipedians have formed a project to better organize information in articles related to the city of Dallas in the U.S. state of Texas.

- Gotten to like 80-something.. with comments.
There are a bunch of templates rendering poorly at Dallas stubs because of an error in implementation.. the template calls read |class=stub instead of |class=Stub. Trying to fix them all. drumguy8800 C T 12:26, 3 November 2006 (UTC)- All fixed! drumguy8800 C T 05:54, 10 November 2006 (UTC)
- We have over 200 articles now! Similar projects have upwards of 1000.. we have a ways to go :D. (I think their project scope is much larger though.. as in metropolitan areas instead of singular cities. The discussion on whether or not WP Dallas should expand its "borders" is located here.
Project To-Do List edit
- Migrate all aspects of the DFW WikiProject to reflect the entire DFW Metroplex rather than just the city of Dallas! The project has expanded its borders to cover the entire area.
- Per other city's standards, we're going to need to move all neighborhood articles to the neighborhood, Dallas, Texas format.

For instance, if an article about a neighborhood has [[Category:Dallas, Texas]] at the bottom, you should replace it with [[Category:Dallas, Texas neighborhoods]].
- An attempt at creating a very well organized list for List of neighborhoods in Dallas, Texas is currently being worked on at List of neighborhoods in Dallas, Texas/sandbox. If you'd like to go there and work on it or improve the {{Neighborhood list}} (which currently is a hardly modified copy of {{Episode list}}), the help would be greatly appreciated!
