[edit] Changes made 26-Mar-2006
While doing a copyedit I removed the following sentence:
- It is a very popular editor for Scheme, and one of very few, if not the only, visual editors for Scheme.
- "very popular"
- Of course it is, but we probably need a supporting citation before we put this back
- "very few"
- Yep; see here (and note that Bee is Emacs-based, not GUI)
- "if not the only"
- No, there is another... — see the preceding link.
- "visual editors"
- But see visual editor, which is about pre-GUI editors like vi ... so I've put in "which has a graphical user interface".
If someone can figure out a good way to fit "one of very GUI editors" into the article, go for it!
I also changed the article to present DrScheme as a component of PLT Scheme. Most of the goodies in PLT Scheme are used via DrScheme, but come from the other components of PLT Scheme. I've moved some text into the PLT Scheme article.
