[edit] Plot synopsis
The boys' dad, Walter, is very excited that both of his sons are going to get driver's licenses. He warns that if they get a ticket, he will take away their licenses. Drake fails the test, and doesn't get his license. Josh runs a stop sign and gets a ticket, which Drake pays for. In return, Josh drives Drake around. Later, when Drake wants to impress a girl, he tells her that he has a driver, "Chives", who turns out to be Josh. During the ride, Drake and Josh switch positions, so that Drake is driving. He gets pulled over by a cop (played by Erik Estrada), for having broken taillights, and, of course, has no license. He explains that Josh was driving most of the way, and Josh ends up getting a ticket.
