[edit] Plot
When Lisa discovers that Drew has not told his family about her, she makes him call them to announce their relationship. However, Drew's mother believes that Lisa's voice is being made up by Drew and is unconvinced that Drew is currently seeing someone. Winfred-Louder decides to hire a motivational speaker in an effort to increase the productivity of the employees and assist the store in getting out of its current financial slump. Tom, the motivational speaker, encourages Drew to come up with a great idea so that he will make an impact on his bosses. Drew notes how the store seems too formal and that animal mascots would bring in new customers. The board of directors agrees, and asks Drew to work with advertising to produce a television commercial featuring a bull and a camel talking about the benefits of the store. The commercial is a rousing success and there is a large increase in customers. Because of Drew's success, Mrs. Louder announces that Drew will become head of promotions and his old job will be given to her nephew. Drew does not want to leave personnel, as he figures that the commercial was his only idea. Now Drew must come up with more ideas every week or he will risk be fired. Drew struggles to find another successful idea, but finally suggests to the board that the bull and camel make a personal appearance at the store. The board supports the idea, and more customers come to Winfred-Louder to see the animals. Unfortunately, the bull and camel get loose from the elevator and invade the boardroom. After getting the camel out and making the bull chase Mimi, Drew loses his position as head of promotions. Drew returns to his old job in personnel, where he assists Nora with some extra overtime so that she can afford to buy a lumberjack. At the conclusion of the episode, the animals are back in the store and Lewis and Oswald are doing the voice-overs for the animals.
