Timmy Turner is on a field trip at the Chompy the Goat Museum with Vicky watching over him. The Mayor explains the history of Chompy until they reach Chompy's cage, where the group of kids views Chompy, who looks lonely and dreary. Cosmo, curious, comments "What's so special about him? He's just a dumb old goat!" The Mayor, outraged, sends the other children to the gift shop and holds Timmy behind to "think about what he said". Timmy, wanting to help Chompy, wishes him to a happier place. After Chompy disappears, Vicky gives Timmy a wedgie, and then the mayor arrives, wondering where Chompy is. The officers next to him arrest Vicky under the disappearance charges, and Timmy, called "Underwear over your Head Lad" immediatly becomes famous for arresting Vicky. Timmy is given a hovercraft, a driver's license, and cake. Vicky, on the other hand, is being persuaded to admit where Chompy is.
While Timmy is asleep, he feels guilt for Vicky and begins "sleep-wishing," causing strange things to happen to his surroundings. Not being able to sleep, he wakes up dreary the next morning. Not knowing what he's doing, Timmy makes a series of wishes because of his guilt. To stop the frenzy, he holds an urgent town meeting, admitting he "stole Chompy". An angry mob is started, but is put to a halt when Chompy crashes through a wall with his family. Timmy becomes a hero again, but is grounded by Mom & Dad for "goat-napping".

While playing a game of "Timmy Ball," Timmy kicks the ball over a fence into Dentist Dr. Bender's yard. Bender refuses to return the ball because of Timmy's large teeth. Frustrated, Timmy wishes that everyone and everything was the same. The wish causes everyone in the world to become gray blobs. Bender still won't give the ball back, so Timmy finds Cosmo & Wanda and undoes the wish. Later, Timmy, with the help of Mom, gets his ball back.

- When the dentist looks at Timmy's teeth there are only two teeth in his mouth, but later in the episode, when he talks, he has a mouth full of teeth.
