[edit] Thanks

For the pics on my TF Entries..

[edit] TF Pics..

I'd like to throw some pictures in of Ultra Magnus (particularly of him in his coffin in Headmasters... they're on seibertron.com) but im not sure of the copyright on them. Wouldn't like for them to be deleted. Do you know if screencaps are copyrighted?

[edit] Screen cap: Image:Unicron2.jpg

I can't see how this is {{PD}}. Screen caps from movies and games are usually considered usable under "fair use", but the copyright owner (not the "creator" of the screen cap) holds the rights to the image. David Remahl 23:51, 13 Jul 2004 (UTC)

The same comment applies to all the screenshots that you are retagging as public domain. David Remahl 23:53, 13 Jul 2004 (UTC)

[edit] License tagging for Image:AvpSNES boxart.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:AvpSNES boxart.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 03:05, 4 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Boxart sizes

I've noticed your recent edits regarding boxart sizes. For the Computer & Video Game infoboxes, 250px tends to work well, leaving very little whitespace around the image.--Drat (Talk) 18:27, 4 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] SNES Boxart

Thanks for uploading all of these great images. If I may ask, are you getting them from somewhere on the internet and if so, where? AMHR285(talk) 07:58, 8 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Box galleries

Please refrain from creating galleries with multiple box art images, it's thought that one cover may be allowed for identification and that's usually sufficient for the purpose. Thanks. Combination 20:42, 9 August 2006 (UTC)
