[edit] Wikiproject

Yes a Wikiproject on Wildland Fire... uh errr, wouldn't that be Wildland fire? But yes that would be cool. And for the names, well I tried to fix it myself and got into a mess (insert red face here). So I asked for help on the administrator move page to fix it, unless you can. I messed up the redirect page. Firelookout 19:28, 29 June 2006 (UTC)

yeah, i'ms till down for the firefighting wikiproject. don't know too much about wildland though, to be honest, and for the summer I only have a 56k connection, so i can only be moderatlye active. start collecting names and i'll start collecting articles. Shaggorama 03:58, 2 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Lumberjack

I think the Internet stuff is too trivial so shouldn't be included. I'm fine with the Johnny Cash song, but you really need to add the individual song's name, not just the album name. Best, Gwernol 23:22, 10 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Requesting comments on link in Evergreen article

As a previous contributor to the article on Evergreen International Aviation, could I request your input on the talk page on whether it should contain a link to the corresponding SourceWatch article? With thanks, --Neoconned 12:04, 5 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Open to specific questions

Hello Dragonmiloff, I would like to offer to address any specific concerns that you might have about my nom to ArbCom. We can do it here or by email. If you prefer not, that is alright also. --FloNight 17:58, 4 December 2006 (UTC)

Sorry it took me a few days to respond to this. My "oppose" votes are nothing personal. I'm trying to discern from an outsider's perspective who would be most likely on ArbCom to be completely neutral and be completely welcoming of contributions to the encyclopedia from a wide range of participants, and least likely to view Wikipedia as territory to be defended, that's all. Nothing personal, and not a judgment on anyone's contributions to the encyclopedia otherwise. Dragomiloff 23:22, 6 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] AFD - how did I goof up?

I know I botched the AFD on the Select militia, but I found the instructions incomprehensible. What did I do wrong? Just trying not to repeat mistakes.--Cberlet 21:02, 9 December 2006 (UTC)

Thanks.--Cberlet 01:59, 10 December 2006 (UTC)

Hi again. Well, I tried to follow the instructions for the page War Corporatism and all I seem to have done is create piles of dizzying code.... Any help gratefully accepted.--Cberlet 19:53, 2 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Vandal warning

Hi Dragomiloff. Great vandal fighting! I would like to let you know that user warning templates, such as {{test}}, should always be substituted by writing {{subst:test}}. —Mets501 (talk) 15:52, 6 January 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for the help on doing vandal warnings. I'm still getting the hang of this :) Dragomiloff 00:05, 8 January 2007 (UTC)
You're doing great! —Mets501 (talk) 00:07, 8 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] My RFA

Hey, thanks so much for supporting my recent RFA. A number of editors considered that I wasn't ready for the mop yet and unfortunately the RFA did not succeed (69/26/11). There are a number of areas which I will be working on (including changing my username) in the next few months in order to allay the fears of those who opposed my election to administrator.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you sincerely for your support over the past week. I've been blown away by the level of interest taken in my RFA and appreciate the time and energy dedicated by all the editors who have contributed to it, support, oppose and neutral alike. I hope to bump into you again soon and look forward to serving you and Wikipedia in any way I can. Cheers! [edit] Thanks!

Dragomiloff, warmest regards for the awarding of the Working Man's Barnstar, my first barnstar. Thanks very much! Cheers, Daysleeper47 18:37, 16 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Hazmat suits

Hi. Can you please provide citations for the Levels of protection, and also clarify whether this is a country-wide specification, or an international one? Thanks. MadMaxDog 03:53, 18 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Ethnic-group lists deletion discussions

Hi, I noticed you participated in the Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of African Americans (3rd nomination) deletion discussion. If you haven't participated in the very similar Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of Chinese Americans discussion, which involves essentially the same issues, please do. There's also the Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of Caucasian Americans (second nomination). I'll asking everyone who participated in one to participate in the others. I apologize for bothering you if you already have participated in more than one. Best wishes, Noroton 03:59, 9 March 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for supporting my recent RfA. I hope the new tools will help me contribute more productively to AfD, countervandalism, and other areas. Shimeru 15:54, 17 March 2007 (UTC)
