I Propose that the page be moved to "Draft Constitution of the Catalan Republic of 1928"

I don't agree. I'm aware that this text became just a draft, but the intention was to write a Constitution itself so I want to respect the roots of the project.

I propose "Project of the Constitution of Catalan Republic of 1928"

OK, then the syntax is wrong. You need "Provisional Catalan Republic Constitution Project, 1928" --Twenex 12:21, 2 June 2006 (UTC)

With regards to whether this is my only proposal, if you look at the article itself you will see some changes I have made. You can use the history if necessary --Twenex 12:23, 2 June 2006 (UTC)
