"Dramatic Theme" is the final song of Pink Floyd's album Music from the Film More. It is another short instrumental this time composed by Roger Waters, Richard Wright and David Gilmour. The song reprises the same theme of Main Theme, but mainly relies on David Gilmour's guitar work and only runs for roughly 2:15 minutes.
