Dragons Breath
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Dragons Breath is a regional cheese from the Nova Scotia, Canada. It is a soft blue cheese. Its name is derived from the incorporation of garlic and white pepper. [dubious — see talk page] Dragons Breath is rarely eaten by itself, and most commonly found in dips and sauces for various foods, such as potato chips. Dragons Breath has a creamy and soft texture, yet its added spice enhances the cheese and allows it to become extremely tart and spicy.
