Dragan Danevski

Dragan Danevski (born in 1947) is one of the top cross country ski coaches in America. Danevski, an emigrant from the Republic of Macedonia, has lived in Bozeman, MT for the past 10 years and coaches for the Bridger Ski Foundation (BSF).
Danevski was named the USSA Coach of the Year in 2002. He has coached numerous junior national champions, and one Olympian. Some of the top skiers to graduate from his program include Leif Zimmerman (2006 Olympian), Kristina Trygstad-Saari, and more recently, Erika Flowers, Kate Dolan, Aase Carlson, and Gretchen Sellegren.
Danevski has had one of the strongest girls programs in the country for several years now. 2007 marked the third year in a row that the BSF/Bozeman High School girls have won the Roger Weston Team National Championship.
Danevski is a former Macedonian National Team member in soccer, and biathlon. He currently enjoys marathon training in his spare time.
