Dr Zeus is the stage name of Baljit Singh, who is a Punjabi Music Director. He gained stardom in India in late 2004 with his hit song "Kangna". He is popular in India, Pakistan, the United Kingdom, Canada, and other large Punjabi markets.

Dr. Zeus launched his first album in India, also titled Kangna, in late 2004 with HOM Records. Gwandian Da Dhol is another hit credited to Dr.Zeus. In UK he has three albums to his credit: High Life, Unda the Influence and Original Edit. He was first to introduce Lehmber Hussainpuri who later became a leading figure in UK Bhangra.

UK Girl Band Rouge had an instant hit with the Zeus song Don't be Shy.

Dr. Zeus currently resides in his hometown Birmingham, United Kingdom.

Dr zeus also known as Baljit Singh is a British Asian music producer from Birmingham, England. He began his career in 1999 where he was signed to the ENVYROMA music label based in Birmingham, where he released his debut album 'PURE GARAGE - SUE MY ASS' Which featured the vocals of legendary Punjabi singer, Balwinder singh safri from the band 'Safri Boyz'. He had two popular songs on this album, which were 'Milay Ranjaya' and also 'Par lageh veh'. The album was co-produced by Bhangra 'Ghost' producer 'KAM FRANTIC'.

A year later, he had went on to releasing his second album which was called 'Deathjamm 4.5' Which is apart of the series Deathjamm collections which was out in the early 90's. On this album he had a pure Panjabi great like 'Sabar Koti' featuring on the main track 'Sajno Baleo'.

He then released the album 'The high life' In 2001 again on the envy music label, this with the vocal talents of 'Amar Arshi' singing 'Gwandian da dhol' which again was a hit but still with these three albums under his belt and various compilations on the label like 'The Slayers' and 'Death Jamm 5' did not put Zeus on the international scale until 2003!

'UNDA DA INFLUENCE' surprised the whole bhangra industry released in late 0ctober 2003 even with anthem 'DASJA' by Dj Sanj on the rise, Unda Da Influence gave Zeus the international and uk boost to take Best album of 2003 and best song of 2003 'kangna' sang by 'Master rakesh'. The album also gave Lehmber Hussainpuri the chance to rise as the '21ST CENTURY KING OF UK BHANGRA MUSIC'. This album made the whole bhangra industry world wide stand up and give prompts to the new superstars of bhangra.

Zeus then help produce Lehmber first UK bhangra album which was titled 'Original Edit' which again was a hit, with an anthem like ' Sachiyaan suniya' and 'Je Jatt Bigrgaya' made Lehmber and Zeus combination stand tall again!! Included was an India version entitled 'Folk Attack' an early version of the original edit which broke the relationship of these to mega stars.

Zeus one of the biggest Punjabi producers in India and he signed to an Indian label called HOM. where he has released all of his albums.

Zeus then released his remix album of 'UNDA DA INFLUENCE' entitled the Streets Remix Album in 2006 which again did make heads turn and give Zeus more confidence and recognition.

He said to be releasing his New album this year 2007, the album at the moment is untitled but this is sure to be an even bigger album then his previous one's.
