"Dr. Phyllis Show" is the 40th episode of the Nickelodeon television series Drake & Josh. It first aired on April 8, 2006. It is a clip show and the final episode of third season.

The opening scene starts with Drake and Josh mentioning to eachother about how irritating of brothers they can be to eachother.
Drake is then in their bedroom playing golf with real golf balls, he knocks over Josh's 'Lava-lamp from Canada', Josh's 'Kindergarten Diploma' ('now there is no proof') and countless other things. When Josh filds out they start to fight. Megan comes into the room because 'Its 11.45pm, little girls are meant to be asleep at 11.45pm' she gets tired of Drake and Josh constantly fighting and gives them tickets to go on the Dr. Phyllis Show for an episode called "Bickering Brothers". On the show, Drake and Josh each explain the difficulties they have been having with each other. They end up getting into a physical fight with Dr. Phyllis after insulting her daughter, "Hot Liza" Tupper, who Drake previously dated.
When they get home, they realize that the show only brought up bad times they had with each other. They reminisce about all the good times they have had as brothers. Afterwards, they go right back to fighting when Josh gets Drake a diet soda instead of a regular and Drake wants to switch because he doesnt like diet. He calls josh a 'Pris' and they begin to fight again. Megan walks in and sets a canister on the table which lets out some kind of smoke which knocks Drake and Josh unconscious.

- As this episode is a clip show, more than half of the episode is made of clips from previous episodes. There were clips shown from "The Bet", "Football", "Driver's License", "The Gary Grill", "The Drake and Josh Inn", "Peruvian Puff Pepper", "We're Married", "The Affair", "The Foam Finger", "Girl Power", "Sheep Thrills", "Megan's New Teacher", "Little Sibling", "The Demonator", and "Alien Invasion". Most of these are third season episodes.
- Dr. Phyllis is a parody of Dr. Phil. The same parody was used in a Brandy and Mr. Whiskers episode, "Freaky Tuesday".
- It is revealed in this episode that Dr. Phyllis is the mother of Eliza Tupper, a girl that Drake previously dated in the episode "Playing the Field" to get his ex-girlfriend, Torrie, jealous.
- This is one of the few episodes which refers back to a previous episode. In this episode they mention Drake's ex girlfriend from the epsiode "Playing the Field".
- The end credits are made up of a montage of clips from the season culminating in a clip from the episode "The Demonator", where Megan asks Drake and Josh if "this is some kinda boob dance"!
