Comment:The term "India Basher" has been in use for decades in this exact sense. Please see the top three references. It has been in use even before internet bacame a major medium. There are a lot of articles in an encyclopedia that many well-educated individuals have never heard of. That is what encyclopedias are for. Someone who has a PhD in philosophy many not have heard of Runge-Kutta methods, that does not mean this topic should not be in an encyclopedia.
