[edit] Invention of software componentry

I find claim that he "invented the entire concept of software componentry" a bit extreme. My understanding is he was the first to publish or publicly speak about it, but didn't necessarily invent it single-handedly. However, I don't know enough about the history to accurately judge this. -SpuriousQ 06:01, 10 December 2006 (UTC)
