The article says "pig latin slang" but it doesn't resemble regular pig latin. An article I found says it's -ilz or -izzle instead of the normal -ay except words starting with vowels are prefixed with ilzay. I found a transcription, but it doesn't follow this pattern:

Iza gazirls yizo hizak mizo izak
wiza sizno tagiza kiza pizas kizah
(*asalizan nizo iso izane)
yizo pizo damizo
(*asalizan wilze isa mu zuve)
suza kuza muza muza bu baby
(*wilza isa pilza in dizouble dizuch, dizouble dizuch, dizouble dizuch)
(*wilza isa pilza in dizouble dizuch, dizouble dizuch, dizouble dizuch)
muzaQza silzabuza Qza duza Double deQza
(*Kizu?)
makizirl
(*dwilzingagizam)
izokiza
(*izowiezi)
izokiza
(*izowizie nizam wizie wilzu suzee)

Wilze ilzare pilzaying dilzuouble dilzutch. = We are playing double dutch. 07:01, 15 July 2006 (UTC)
