Doulat (also spelled Dowlat) is a district in northern Tehran, Iran, centered around the main commercial street, Kolahdooz Avenue.

Doulat is mostly in suburban in nature and is located between Pasdaran, Darrous, Gholhak, and Dibaji districts.
