Douglas Cochrane, 12th Earl of Dundonald

Major-General Douglas Mackinnon Baillie Hamilton Cochrane, 12th Earl of Dundonald (18521935) was a Scottish representative peer and a British Army general and the general officer commanding the Militia of Canada from 1902 to 1904.
