Doug Smith (born November 25, 1956 in Columbus, Ohio USA as Carl Douglas Smith) is a retired former professional American football player who played the positions of center (C) and offensive guard (OG), for the Los Angeles Rams from the 1978 season through the 1991 season.
Smith's official height is 6'3" and his weight is 259 pounds. He attended Bowling Green State University, in Bowling Green, Ohio, and graduated from Northland High School in Columbus on June 9, 1974.[1]
