Douglas Allan Kotar (born June 11, 1951 in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania); died December 16, 1983 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) was an American football running back for the New York Giants of the NFL. He was signed as a undrafted free agent out of University of Kentucky by the Giants in 1974. He died of brain cancer in 1983
