Doug Fieger

Douglas "Doug" Fieger (born August 20, 1952 in Detroit, Michigan) is an American singer and songwriter. He is the lead singer for The Knack and co-wrote the 1979 hit "My Sharona" with lead guitarist Berton Averre.

He underwent brain surgery in 2006 to have two tumors removed.

Doug is the younger brother of attorney Geoffrey Fieger.
