Doug Evans (born July 12, 1971 in San Jose, California) is a retired American professional ice hockey defenceman.

He played college hockey for the Michigan Wolverines. After turning professional, he played for the Rochester Americans in the AHL and the Dayton Bombers, Charlotte Checkers, Greensboro Monarchs, and Jacksonville Lizard Kings of the ECHL.
