Doug's Big Catch and Doug Needs Money comprise the ninth episode in the first season of Nickelodeon's animated television series Doug.

In this story, Doug accompanies Mr. Dink to the Big Time Bass-Off Contest, in order to try and catch a fish named Chester who stole Bud's wallet 30 years ago. But as always bud brings along a lot of gadgets and overweights the boat. But when Doug tries to fish from the dock they nab Chester. Budd lets him go feeling sorry for it. But Budd does get his wallet back. (But Chester kept three dollars that were inside and angers Dink.)

In this story, Doug and Skeeter try to make some money in order to buy Mr. Dink a new grill, after they accidentally break his old one with a baseball.
