Double Dip (sweet)

Double Dip is a classic sherbet sweet, produced by Swizzels Matlow and popular in the UK and Australia for at least 30 years.

The packets traditionally contained sachets of sherbet flavoured orange and cherry; in recent years, a "free" third sachet of cola flavour has been introduced.

The Double Dip innovation was a hard, edible "swizzelstick" designed to be dipped and licked (and then eaten).
