Is "Cannon failed to place, but won the Miss Congeniality award which reflects the respect and admiration of the delegate's peers" correct? What place? --M3rrick 13:54, 27 October 2006 (UTC)

Yes it is. She did not place (i.e. make top 15, 10 or 5) but won an award. Winning an award is not the same as placing. -- PageantUpdater • talk | contribs | esperanza 03:07, 28 October 2006 (UTC)
