dotProject is an Open Source Project Management tool.

dotProject is a volunteer supported Project Management application. There is no "company" behind this project, it is managed, maintained, developed and supported by a volunteer group and by the users themselves. dotProject is web-based, multi-user, multi-language enabled free software.

The software is free to anyone who would like to download it. While day to day support is provided free by volunteers in both the forumsand via online documentation, there are now a number of ways of purchasing support directly from the core development team via the Priority Support Forums.

dotProject offers support for Gantt charts but as of version 2.0 the task dependencies feature is not complete.
