In the encyclopedia page on Dorian Baxter, a misleading sentence has been placed about him under "Controversy": It suggests that he was dismissed from the Anglican Church because of suspicious circumstances or improper conduct. Nothing could be further from the truth. He was falsely charged by the Children's Aid Society, had to fight through eight years of court battles at $ 400,000 legal fees, finally was totally exonerated and saw the real perpetrators of the crimes arrested and imprisoned. (This legal struggle was the longest in Ontario Court history; full details are available in court records.) His steadfast battle to prove his innocence and his subsequent crusade on behalf of all parents falsely accused of wrong-doing have been an inspiration and an important part of his Christian ministry. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Hugh MacDonald (talk • contribs).
