Doris Maletzki (born June 11, 1952 in Salzwedel, Sachsen-Anhalt) is a former athlete from East Germany, who competed mainly in the 400 metres.
She competed for East Germany in the 1976 Summer Olympics held in Montreal, Canada in the 4 x 400 metres where she won the gold medal with her team mates Brigitte Rohde, 400 metre silver medalist Christina Brehmer and 400 metre bronze medalist Ellen Streidt.
