[edit] More information please?

This sounds like he was 'made an example of' by the legal system and didn't actually see justice at all. The fact he was a judge already meant he was in for being screwed over. Given that the police seemed to pursue the matter to the degree of searching for semen samples, I'm assuming he found a lot of people not guilty to initiate such?

Further, were there any eye witnesses? Is there a transcript we can be linked to? This matter is very interesting and the guy really sounds like he's been shafted. Four years, no matter what he was doing back there where no one could see, is not a deserving sum when you must concur that it's obviously a mental problem and not just someone being a 'dirty old man' given the fact he is of good education and thus would know better but couldn't control himself.

Thus, I ask, transcripts? Please? Or does anyone know who represented him so I could obtain further information? 211.30.71.59 10:57, 1 March 2007 (UTC)
