There was information on the Norm Macdonald page which did not agree with this article, and some is still confusing. I attempted to make the information agree. Also I have to question the importance of the "Making Waves" notice on the page.

I have added some information, cleaned up the Norm MacDonald section, and provided a number of references for previously unattributed assertions. There is one statement I have been unable to verify. If no-one else has a source, I recommend deleting the sentence. --Vbd 09:56, 7 January 2007 (UTC)
