Donna Hrinak

Donna Jean Hrinak was the U.S. Ambassador to Venezuela from 2000 to 2002 and to Brazil from 2002 to 2004.
Hrinak was born in Pennsylvania. After graduating from Michigan State University, she attended George Washington University and the University of Notre Dame School of Law. She speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Polish.
