Donald Fraser (Geology)

Professor Donald Gordon Fraser is Professor of Earth Sciences at Oxford University, and a Tutorial Fellow at Worcester College, Oxford. He works on the origin of biological chirality, the development of early biomolecules and the origin of life. He is an opponent of Vice-Chancellor Dr John Hood's proposal for Governance reform in Oxford. He has been Chairman of the Faculty of Physical Sciences and in 2006 was elected unopposed as a member of the University's governing Council.
