Donald Bell

Mr. Bell is a founding shareholder of WestJet and is the Executive Vice-President responsible for the area of Culture.

WestJet has long identified its corporate culture as a main driver of its success, with a significant impact on the experience guests have when travelling WestJet. Mr. Bell has been instrumental in creating and promoting the airline's corporate culture. He has been involved in many aspects of the company over the last 10 years and his focus on culture has assisted WestJet in becoming a leader in the airline industry and will set the stage for continued success.

Mr. Bell joined WestJet after 18 years in the computer industry as president and owner of a Calgary-based computer company with offices throughout western Canada. He has been actively involved in aviation since 1972 and is currently rated as a Captain on the Boeing 737.
