Don Cartagena is rapper, Fat Joe's third solo album and first for Atlantic Records. This is Fat Joe's first album to feature many famous cameo rappers; some include: Diddy, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Nas, Big Pun, Raekwon and The Terror Squad.
