Don't Try This At Home was a reality show produced by LWT (In association with Golden Square Pictures) for ITV between 1998 and 2001. It features real people facing tough challenges such as swinging under a bridge. It was hosted by Davina McCall with co-hosts including the ill-fated Darren Day, Kate Thornton and Most Importantly the awesome Paul Hendy. Many people believe it was the replacement of You Bet!. The differences include the fact that is wasn't in essence a gameshow and no prizes were offered, except the reward of a Challenge of a lifetime medal after someone has won a challenge or had a very good try.
