This is a home tape Beck made back in 1992 or so. It's full of mostly folk and blues songs. There was even a little drawing as a cover. So it's a fairly complete album, though it never had an official release. Beck probably sold them at shows, or handed them out to people.
A fan recently got an original copy of one, and made first-generation mp3s from it, and that's what circulates out there now.
