Dominic Jephcott (b. 28 July 1957) in Coventry, Warwickshire. He is a RADA trained British actor who is best known for playing Sir Andrew Ffoulkes in The Scarlet Pimpernel, Mount in Good and Bad at Games, Reggie in The Jewel in the Crown, Det. Sgt.
