Domina Vacanze is a hotel group based in Italy. They are best known for the professional cycling team they sponsored. For the 2005 season the team competed in the UCI ProTour 2005 however they didn't have the bugdet of the other teams and produced very few wins. For the 2006 season, the team merged with Team Wisendof to create Team Milram.

One of their best known riders was the legendary sprinter Mario Cipollini. Major riders in the 2005 squad include Jorg Ludgwig and Serhiy Honchar.
