[edit] O'Reilley Tag

There are a number of tags, like {{NPOV}} and {{disputed}} if there are current problems with the page. I don't think there is a template to note that a page is a frequent target of vandalism, unless there is vandalism so bad that it has been semi-protected. I don't think Wikipedia ever uses self-referential tags at the tops of pages permanently. -- SCZenz 07:53, 24 December 2005 (UTC)

George W. Bush is even worse, I believe. In the end, though, everything on Wikipedia is volatile—but most of it is also, on the whole, improving. -- SCZenz 07:58, 24 December 2005 (UTC)
It was a good thought, by the way. But I think permanent tags like that cut into the openness of the encyclopedia too much; plus that one really would have to be applied everywhere to avoid implying that some articles weren't volatile. -- SCZenz 08:01, 24 December 2005 (UTC)
Oh, just so you know... Standard pratice on talk pages is to put your comments below whatever you're responding to, or whatever you said previously, like I'm doing now. Often we use indentation (using the : or * character) to separate comments (try editing this section to see what I'm doing). The way you've been editing my talk page might confuse some people. -- SCZenz 08:12, 24 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Black Ball Line & Puget Sound Navigation Company

Some time ago you had expressed owning resources and having an interest (Talk:Black_Ball_Line#Sources_for_more_info) in doing some work on the article Black Ball Line, it has been Split off into the Puget Sound Navigation Company. If your resources and desires still remain the stub could use some work. Jeepday 13:31, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
