Dolly Dimples can have several meanings.
- "Dolly Dimples" is a traditional name for large ladies who once made their living with freak shows at circuses and carnivals. The most famous "Dolly Dimples" was Celesta Geyer, who was billed as "The World's Prettiest Fat Girl" and "The World's Most Beautiful Fat Lady". She sported dimples an inch deep at each elbow.[citation needed]
- Dolly Dimples was also the name of a syndicated newspaper comic strip by Grace Dayton.
