I'm pretty sure that they were named 'Iop' because, when spelt backwards, it would spell 'poi', which describes the size of their brains, since Iops are supposed to be dumb fuck wanting creatures. At least, that's what it used to say on dofus.wikia.com.

In the table in "System requirements" it says "see requirements" but it's hyperlink goes nowhere, was it removed?

Linux should be removed as supported system, since I don't think it is possible to run the browser-version with the flashplugin available for Linux. Or has anyone succeeded?

You can run it in the flashplayer. If Linux can support that then you don't need a browser + plugin.
