"Doe Boy Fresh" is the first single off of hip-hop group Three 6 Mafia's new album, Last 2 Walk. The unedited version is "Dope Boy Fresh". The song was released on January 2, 2007 as a digital download single on iTunes. There has been questioning if this song will even appear on the album, since it was leaked onto the internet in early December 2006.

The music video premiered on MTV.com on February 9, 2007. Travis Barker and DeRay Davis make an appearance in the video, which contains various people briefly being either Three 6 Mafia or Chamillionaire. The style of the video is inspired by the 1999 film Being John Malkovich where, due to a strange portal, entered the life of the titled actor.

A remix to the song features Project Pat, which was heard on their MySpace page.
