The image Doc-genesis.JPG is being linked here; though the picture is originally copyright, I (Hariharan91) believe this image is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

The image is being used in an informative way and should not detract from the game
The image is a small, web-resolution image. (Less than 1000 pixels on each side, 72 pixels/inch)
The image is used to illustrate a character in the video game in question which permits to the reader to have an idea of how the character in question looks like.
The image's only purpose it to aid in the description of the world of Compilation of Final Fantasy VII series, and for no other purpose.
The image does not limit Square Enix's ability to sell the game.
