DLRL or DERL (Defence Electronics & Research Laboratory ), Hyderabad, India is one of the most active premier lab in DRDO working in Modern Electronic Warfare Startegy for Indian Defence.

DLRL's Areas of Work

DLRL's areas of concentration includes design & development of state-of-the-art electronic warfare system for the Indian Defence providing ground electronic support for IGMDP, and expertise in the design and development of various components, antennas and sub-systems for HF to microwave and millimetric wave frequencies. Facilities include CAD/CAE/CAM/Facilities, Hybrid Micro-electronics Facility, Mechanical Fabrication Facility, ASIC Design and Workstation, Anechoic Chamber and Open Test Ranges, Automation Test and Measurement Laboratory, EMI/EMC Test Laboratory, and Environmental Test Laboratory.

Presently Dr. Sreehari Rao is the current director of DLRL, Hyderabad.
