[edit] Page Blanking
On 26-Jan, you blanked Legend of Oasis. Blanking pages is generally considered a bad idea. In cases of redirects to non-existent pages, you should either find a new redirect or put the page up for deletion. I chose to redirect this is The Story of Thor as it is mentioned there. Thanks! -- JLaTondre 14:30, 28 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Edit summary
When editing an article on Wikipedia there is a small field labelled "Edit summary" under the main edit-box. It looks like this:
The text written here will appear on the Recent changes page, in the page revision history, on the diff page, and in the watchlists of users who are watching that article. See m:Help:Edit summary for full information on this feature.
When you leave the edit summary blank, some of your edits could be mistaken for vandalism and may be reverted, so please always briefly summarize your edits, especially when you are making subtle but important changes, like changing dates or numbers. Thank you.

[edit] Image Tagging Image:Grandia Boxart04.jpg
|
Thanks for uploading Image:Grandia Boxart04.jpg. I notice the 'image' page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is therefore unclear. If you have not created this media yourself then you need to argue that we have the right to use the media on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then you should also specify where you found it, i.e., in most cases link to the website where you got it, and the terms of use for content from that page.
If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag then you must also add one. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then you can use {{GFDL-self}} to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media qualifies as fair use, please read fair use, and then use a tag such as {{fairusein|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other media, please check that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Dethomas 23:50, 3 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Image Tagging for Image:Soulblade2.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Soulblade2.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 14:25, 16 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Paparizou
Greekboy didn't say that Bruce Willis is German and Melora Walters is Saudi Arabian. He said that the country field doesnt mentioning ethinicicity but activity. Yes, according to what you said Willis is active in Germany and Walter in Saud Arabia, That doesn't make them German and Saudi Arabian. Yes, Paparizou was born in Sweden but she is active in Greece, that's what goes in the origin/country fields respectively Pictureuploader 21:25, 29 June 2006 (UTC)
- OK, first of all I got your example wrong (I don't even know who Walters is and I don't know what's between Willis and Gemrany) so I admit I havent got your point well so I can't tell if it's right or not. However trust me on this, I live in Greece and I KNOW that Paparizou lives and works here since I see her almost everyday on the media. I don't know who told you that she still ives in Sweden or that she is not 'that active' in Greece. She is pretty much active as Anna Vissi. Pictureuploader 21:53, 29 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Edmonton Oilers
Please refrain from undoing other people's edits repeatedly. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia under the three-revert rule, which states that nobody may revert a single page more than three times in 24 hours. (Note: this also means editing the page to reinsert an old edit. If the effect of your actions is to revert back, it qualifies as a revert.) Thank you. -- JamesTeterenko 19:59, 1 August 2006 (UTC)
- This policy applies to everyone equally. The reason that I singled you out for a warning is that you have had three reverts in the last 24 hours. The other users have had one or two. In any case, revert wars are not productive. Please discuss it on the talk page. -- JamesTeterenko 20:51, 1 August 2006 (UTC)
