[edit] Google my way
A tag has been placed on Google my way, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because it is an article about a certain website, blog, forum, or other web content that does not assert the importance or significance of that web location. Please read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 7 under Articles, as well as notability guidelines for websites. Please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources which verify their content.
Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material, please affix the template {{hangon}}
to the page, and put a note on Talk:Google my way. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Marasmusine 08:12, 16 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Google my way
A tag has been placed on Google my way, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}}
to the page and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Mhking 16:35, 16 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Ryanair flight
I noticed you started an article on a Ryanair flight. Generally, we don't write articles on individual flight numbers unless they've become notable in their own right, generally through an accident or incident of some sort. I'd like to encourage you to continue working on aviation-related topics, though! Please see WP:AIRPORTS and WP:AIRLINES for airport- and airline-related work currently ongoing! Thanks! [edit] Welcome!
Hi, and welcome to the Aviation WikiProject! As you may have guessed, we're a group of editors working to improve Wikipedia's coverage of topics related to aviation.
A few features that you might find helpful:
- Our navigation box points to most of the useful pages within the project.
- The announcement and open task box is updated very frequently. You can watchlist it if you're interested; or, you can add it directly to your user page by including {{WPAVIATION Announcements}} there.
- Most important discussions take place on the project's main discussion page; it is highly recommended that you watchlist it.
- The project has several departments, which handle article quality assessment, detailed article and content review, and project-wide collaboration.
- We have a number of child projects and task forces that focus on specific topics and aircraft types.
- We're developing a variety of guidelines for article structure and content, template use, categorization, and other issues that you may find useful.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask one of the experienced project members, and we'll be happy to help you. Again, welcome! We look forward to seeing you around! Trevor MacInnis (Contribs) 16:38, 17 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Brierdene Cricket Club
A tag has been placed on Brierdene Cricket Club, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is notable, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}}
on the top of the page (below the existing db tag) and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. -- MarcoTolo 00:28, 22 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] re: Brierdene Cricket Club
The preceding section spells out why it was deleted. It was an article about a club with no claim of notability. That section also points you to our speedy deletion criteria and our guidelines on notability. I would recommend that you read them as it should be pretty obvious why it was deleted. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources. "Brierdene Cricket Club is a very good cricket club. Please don't delete it." doesn't cut it for showing notability. Let me know if you still have questions. If you disagree with my interpretation of the article, you can also take it to deletion review. Thanks. -- JLaTondre 20:09, 22 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] disconnection
I swear Parents, you get in a fight about being on the computer for 10 extra minutes, and your mom says she is going to disconnect the internet. *sigh* I don't know if I'll be able to come back, but I will whenever I get my own computer. Bloddyfriday 15:30, 29 March 2007 (UTC)
